TERMS OF SERVICEBy placing an order with me and paying for the invoice, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:• The invoice must be completed and paid for before I can start working on the commission.
• Please note that all of my sales are for digital artwork, no physical item will be shipped to you.• You may use your commission for personal use such as: avatars/icons, phone/computer wallpapers, personal website, etc. When sharing or using the commission on other websites, please credit me when possible!
• You may print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for personal use only (ie. NOT for sale/profit).
• You may not use the commission for redistribution or commercial projects (i.e. merch, t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
• I prefer you not make any major edits/alterations to completed artwork without my permission. Minor edits such as cropping the artwork for use as profile pictures are OK. In doubt, just ask and I'll be happy to help!
• You may not mint the artwork as an NFT or use any of my art for any NFT-related purposes.
• You may not claim my work as your own.• I retain all copyrights over my work and reserve the right to post commissions in my gallery, portfolio, to advertise my work on social media, etc. unless you asked for the artwork to remain private. If so, please mention as such BEFORE completion and delivery of the commission.
• I will not be reusing/reselling your commission for personal or commercial projects unless discussed and agreed upon.• After sketching a preliminary version of your commission, I will send you a WIP (work in progress) which you can review and request changes on if necessary.
• Larger edits can be made while in the sketching phase of the commission, but I will not create a brand new sketch from scratch for free.
• Minor edits and corrections can be made for free upon delivery of the completed commission. Larger edits must be discussed and paid for.• If I can no longer work on your commission for any reason, you will get a full refund.
• You may ask for a refund of the payment only if I have not started working on the commission.
• Partial refund may be possible if work on the commission has begun. Completed commissions are non-refundable for any reason.• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission, but this MUST be disclosed prior to payment and agreed upon.
• If no deadline has been discussed, commissions are completed at my own pace, which depends on my schedule, workload, other commissions, etc. Generally, please allow between 3 to 6 weeks between payment and delivery of the final artwork. If the commission is taking longer than this, please feel free to contact me to ask for an update.
• If I'm faced with any major setback or delays that may impact completion or delivery of your commission, you will be notified.• Any comments or behavior that I consider rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, etc. during the commission process will result in blacklisting.
